PEPENE CU MOUSSE DE CIOCOLATA ALBA-MELON WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE





...pe caldurile astea ce bun e un pepene rece...


...si daca mai punem deasupra un mousse de ciocolata alba si alaturi niste biscuiti cu ciocolata...



...mmmm,delicios...






Ingrediente:

1pepene,taiat in patru(se indeparteaza semintele!)
250g ciocolata alba(+pentru décor!)
43g unt
75ml frisca lichida(35%)
biscuiti mai deosebiti pentru décor

Se pune ciocolata alba si untul pe bain marie si se amesteca pina se topesc !Se lasa sa se raceasca ,10 minute, apoi se adauga frisca, se mixeaza pina se ingroasa si devine cremoasa!
Se pune pentru 10 minute in frigider.
Pe o farfurie se aseaza feliile de pepene,se pune mouss-ul in mod egal,pe mijlocul celor patru felii cu ajutorul unei seringi de decorat.Se rade ciocolata alba si se aseaza biscuitii!
Se serveste imediat!



Ingredients:

1 cantaloupe or Honeydew melon, seeded and cut into 4 quarters
250 g white chocolate (+for décor!)
43 grams butter
75 ml (1/3cup) whipping cream 35 %
fancy cookies for décor

Place butter and chocolate in bain marie and cook over low heat, stirring until chocolate and butter have melted. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Add cream and whip mixture until thick and smooth.
Keep this mixture in a refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Arrange cantaloupe or melon quarters on four dessert plates. Place white chocolate mousse in decorating bag. Pipe white chocolate mousse into centre. Garnish each serving with grated chocolate and fancy cookies.
Serve immediately.
