SOS DE MARAR-DILL SAUCE






…o reteta veche de la bunica si de la mama…

…merge foarte bine cu carnita fiarta de pui sau vita...

…garnitura cea mai buna : cartofii puree…


5linguri* ulei
3linguri pline(cu virf)de faina
2-3linguri marar spalat si taiat marunt
200-250ml lapte
350ml /+50ml apa
1lingura otet
Sare dupa gust
*lingura de supa
cantitatile sint pentru 4portii







Se pune uleiul int-o cratita si se adauga faina.Se amesteca sa se omogenizeze si se lasa pe foc pina faina se rumeneste usor.Se adauga mararul,se amesteca si se lasa citeva minuta(2-3)dupa care se adauga laptele si se amesteca bine, se adauga treptat apa si se amesteca(sa nu aibe cocoloase!);se obtine sosul care pe masura ce fierbe se ingroasa.Se lasa sa fiarba 10-12minute,amestecindu-se;cu 5 minute inainte de a fi gata adaugati sare ,otet(mai mult sau mai putin cit de acrisor va place!)si restul de apa 50ml sau cit trebuie pentru consistenta dorita) daca sosul este prea gros.
Se serveste cald cu carne fiarta de pui,vita si cu cartofi nature sau puree sau cu vegetale fierte pe abur .
Eu l-am servit cu piept de pui fiert si puree de cartofi si cu morcovi fierti!

Ingredients: **

5tbsp* oil
3heaped tbsp flour
2-3tbsp washed and minced dill
200-250ml milk
350ml/+50ml water
1tbsp white vinegar
Salt to taste
*tbsp= soup tablespoon
**4serving

In a saucepan put oil and flour. Cook, stirring constantly, until flour has turned yellow (not brown!) Add the dill and stir all together; cook for 2-3 minute. Add milk, and water (small quantities at a time) and stir well to obtain a smooth sauce (without lumps!).Cook for10-12 minute stirring constantly.5minute before the sauce is ready add salt and vinegar (more or less to your taste!) and water (50ml or to desired consistency) if the sauce is too thick.
Serve immediately, with poached chicken or beef, with boiled potatoes, mash potatoes or steamed vegetable.
I served the sauce with poached chicken breast, mash potatoes and boiled carrots.

  2. Carmen chiar vroiam eu sa scriu la ce merge sosul cel mai bine,dar vad ca ai facut-o tu :))))) si cu crumpi noi, yamiiiii si mazare dulce frageda de primavara sau cu dovlecei pane, un we fain sa ai.
