CRAB RANGOON LA CUPTOR-BAKED CRAB RANGOON




...o reteta pentru ultima zi de vara...

...crema de brinza amestecata cu carne de crab,ceapa verde,invelite intr-un dreptunghi de aluat ,prajite in ulei=crab rangoon...

...in acesta reteta , crab rangoon este copt in cuptor,nu prajit in ulei...





½ (120g)pachet brinza Philadelphia,la temp.camerei
1conserva( 170g)carne de crab in bucatele marunte
2cepe verzi taiate cit mai marunt
1felie ardei rosu decojit,taiat marunt
1lingura plina maioneza
1lingura plina de dresing cu parmesan si usturoi
12 won ton –felii subtiri de aluat






Se incalzeste cuptorul la180C(350F).
Se amesteca toate componentele (brinza,carnea de crab,ceapa verde,ardeiul,maioneza si dresingul).Se unge bine o tava de muffins si se aseaza in fiecare o bucatica de aluat(won ton)lasind colturile afara.
Se umple cu mixtura de brinza si crab,se ung colturile aluatului(care sint afara!) cu ulei.Se pun la cuptor pentru 14-18 minute sau pina aluatul(colturile!)este de culoare maronie(bronzate!).Se lasa sa se raceasca in tava.Cind sint reci se aseaza pe un platou si se presara cu putina ceapa verde taiata marunt(pentru décor!)

1 can(170g)white crabmeat, drained, and flaked
1/2 pkg. (120g) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1slice red pepper skinless, thinly diced
1heaping tbsp KRAFT Light Mayo
1 heaping tbsp LA MAISON-Fresh Garlic Caesar-Dressing &Dip
12 won ton wrappers

Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Line each with won ton wrapper, extending edges of wrappers over sides of cups. Fill with crab mixture. Brush with oil the extending edges of won ton. Bake 14 to 18 min. or until won tons are golden brown and filling is heated through. Remove and cool. Sprinkle whit green onion finely sliced for décor.

    Multumesc!Le-am mai "dichisit" eu un pic cu frunze de ceapa verde si am avut noroc de vreme frumoasa cu mult soare!
