Se curata cartofii se taie in bucati si se pun in steamer pentru 25-30 minute.
Se face purée-ul cu ajutorul unui mixer;se adauga laptele,unt,mustar si sare dupa gust.

Peel and cut potatoes into medium chunks and steam for 25-30 minute.
With an electric hand mixer make a smooth potatoes purée;add milk, butter and mustard, and salt to taste.
Serve immediately!
