SPAGHETE CARBONARA-SPAGHETTI CARBONARA






…sint atit de multe feluri de “Carbonara”….


…astazi, asta este Carbonara mea… ...data viitoare va fi alta…











200g spaghete
1lingura ulei
6 felii bacon,taiate feliute subtiri
2 galbenuse
35g parmesan
6linguri smintina(lichida)
Sare,piper
2linguri de patrunjel taiat
*reteta originala




Se fierb pastele in apa cu sare ,pina sint... “al dente”.
Intre timp in wok am pus o lingura ulei de masline si baconul.Se lasa pina se topeste grasimea si devine rumen,amestecindu-se mereu.Se pastreaza cald.Intre timp se amesteca smintina cu galbenusele si parmezanul.Se strecoara bine spaghetele se toarna peste bacon si se amesteca bine.Peste, se toarna sosul de smintina,parmesan si galbenuse si se amesteca .Caldura de la spaghete este cea care incheaga sosul de smintina cu brinza si galbenuse(daca il tineti pe foc o sa aveti jumari de oua cu spaghete!).Se pune sare ,piper dupa gust si se adauga patrunjelul.

200 g spaghetti
1tbsp olive oil
6 bacon slices, chopped
2 egg yolks
35 g parmesan cheese
6 tbsp cream
salt and pepper
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
*original recipe


Cook the pasta in salted water al dente style.
Meanwhile, into a warmed wok add the olive oil, then the chopped bacon. Stir and let it render (melt the fat), stirring for a few minutes. Then turn the heat off. Place the egg yolks into a bowl, then the cream and the parmesan cheese. Combine it all together.
Drain well pasta and quickly place it back into the wok of bacon fat and stir well to coat the pasta. Then pour in, the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Very important! Use the warmth of the pasta to cook the egg yolks; do not overheat as you'll end up with scrambled egg! Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley.
