Preparare:
Pastele se fierb dupa instructiuni.
Intr-o cratita de teflon se pune brinza cu laptele si cu usturoiul ras,se da un clocot.
Se adauga parmezanul, apoi sare si piper dupa gust.
Se strecoara pastele si peste se pune sos si se mai adauga parmezan.
Se poate servi cu broccoli fiert pe abur.

1cup(250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
1cup(250ml) milk
1 cup (250g) Parmesan Grated Cheese
1-2 grated garlic cloves
salt and pepper

Method:
In non-stick pot bring to boil cream cheese, milk and grated garlic.
Add grated parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
Pour over cooked pasta and top with grated parmesan.
Serve with a side of steamed broccoli.
