200ml ulei
6 feli piine inmuiate in lapte,fara coaja,stoarse bine
1lingura si jumatate de icre sarate(lingura plina!)
50ml apa minerala
zeama de lamiie si ceapa rasa dupa gust!
masline pentru decorat

-se inmoaie piinea in lapte

-se indeparteaza coaja si se stoarce foarte bine

-se mixeaza piinea cu uleiul, pina se omogenizeaza;
-se adauga icrele,se amesteca bine;(daca vreti un gust mai intens de peste si mai sarate puteti pune mai multe icre!)

-se adauga apa minerala,se amesteca;

-si se adauga dupa gust ceapa rasa si zeama de lamiie.

-se mixeaza pina devine spumoasa
-se decoreaza cu masline

Pofta buna!


200ml oil
6 slices of bread
1 ½ tbsp salted fish roe
50ml mineral water
milk to soak the bread
lemons juice,grated onion to your taste
black olives for garnish

-place the bread in milk to soak.
-drain the bread, remove crusts and squeeze out as much excess milk as possible.
-mix the bread and add gradually oil.
-add fish roe and mix until smooth.(you can add more fish roe if you like a strong taste of fish and salt!)
-add mineral water, mix well
-add the onion, and lemon juice, to your taste, and mix continuously until the salad become soft and creamy.
-garnish with olive and serve
